New ad

It's time to make a new ad, and I'm wondering animate or not to animate?

Here's one I've been working on:

Or this one:

Or should I just create one static image with all the information but none of the 'floofy' stuff?

Hey you. Got your comment. Yes of course I'll review your book. It is a physical book or an e-book? Either way send me a copy and I'll read and review it as soon as I can!!

As much as i usually like motion - i like the bottom one best - it really pops.

None of the animation comes across well on rural dial up :(

Yes, I tried to compress it down some so it wasn't intensive for dialup users - eek, not a good look when I had lots of animated transitions and the like.

I've been thinking of a two picture animation - full front cover and the last static image above, no hook lines.

Will bee doing some more work on this tomorrow I think - try out a dark background.

Im pretty pleased with myself though - I duplicated the title on the front cover all by myself - I even had to customise the FOR font :)(though it's still not quite right)

I was hoping you'd make the guy's pecs dance...

Oh, well. They all look good, but I think I like the copy in the second one better -- a bit less controversial.

I like the 3rd one best!

Number 2 & 3 do it for me. LOL

I like 1 & 3. Either way it's on my May list of "To Be Purchased."

I like number three, though I love the slogan. It's a good one!

I'm all for the progress of flash ads, but honestly, #3 does it for me. It's clear, concise, and easy on the eyes.
But they're ALL great!
