Dice roll
The sound of laughter
Raucous, revealing enjoyment
Thrice wins
Snake eyes strips bare
Elation, crushing excitement
Night ends
Friends part ways
Camaraderie, gossip fodder

That was one winning dice game!
"...Steve Jobs, you and Apple are beginning to shake my faith in your ability to see into the future..."
Ah but they have!
The future is illiterate!
Are we going to Vegas this week??
I really need to go to a casino!! Might have some beginner's luck!!
Sounds like a great bunco night!

I liked your short length and your use of meter. As the meter lengthened, the excitement level of the dice players rose. Really nice.
errr - so not getting Rhet's nonsequitar remark.
liked the poem and the fun it evokes. loved "snake eyes strips bare" line!
An earlier post, Rhi, where I commented that Apple is disappointing me by not putting viable eBook apps in their latest devices.
